The 20cm cone type Woofer is carried in low-pass.
The aramid cone diaphragm coated [ the special ointment ] with the network of the aramid fiber is adopted as a diaphragm. Moreover, an aramid is adopted also as a damper and it fabricates with high precision, and also the frame part is made into the open structure in order to avoid a harmful air distortion produced on a damper back side.
The ferrite magnet of 110phimm is adopted as a magnetic circuit, and the heat-resistant high nomex is adopted as a voice coil bobbin. Furthermore, aluminum die-casting is adopted as a frame and the polyurethane form is adopted as an edge.

The 2.5cm dome shape tweeter is carried in the high region.
The polyesters cross is used for the diaphragm of this unit. This diaphragm has newly developed matrix cross structure, and rigidity is secured by making a shaping agent every impregnate beforehand of a fiber. It is not necessary to apply a shaping agent to the network currently performed conventionally by this, or to make glass wool touch a diaphragm rear view for reinforcement.

The network part has set up the point most effective for a reduction of the phase distortion generated near a crossover point.

The multi-vent tuning scheme is adopted as an enclosure.
By this scheme, the enclosure has a structure which opened two or more small holes based on the sealing structure, and has controlled internal air pressure by this hole. This stops the superfluous pressure to the diaphragm which poses a problem with a sealing structure, and also the characteristic peculiarity which poses a problem by a bass-reflex scheme is also suppressed.

The speaker system which miniaturized LX77 further and pursued the quality of sound.

The high compliance type unit of 25cm aperture is adopted as low-pass, and the long voice coil etc. has realized the firm light bass.

A 4cm dome shape unit is adopted as a mid range.
In this unit, while improving a directivity, the modification of a transient and a distorted property is aimed at by suppressing the splitting oscillation with an audio frequency band.
Moreover, it has tied to the bass region smoothly by having lowered fo to the edge sharply by adopting the thing made of cloth, and also carrying out a meltdown.

The direct ring type of the Lux scheme of 3.3cm aperture is adopted as the high region.
This tweeter drives away a splitting oscillation out of an audio frequency band, carries out only a perfect inertia control span, has it, and lengthens a frequency response for a flat to 22000Hz.
The directivity is also the fully examined diaphragm form and the thing which was excellent with the effect of the equalizer.

The network is made into -12 dB/oct.

The speaker system of aramid fiber adoption which started with the development of unit each and was developed over five years of time.

C2038K which is a 20cm cone type Woofer is carried in low-pass.
The aramid fiber system plastics cone which consists of two or more kinds of quality of a composite material was adopted as the diaphragm of this unit, the science treatment was performed to the mesh-like material (aramid fiber), and the diaphragm excellent in a light weight and rigidity is realized by carrying out heating molding. Moreover, the same material as a cone was adopted also as the damper, and the outstanding flattery nature and responsibility, and controllability have been acquired.
In consideration of the Tran Gent property, the polyurethane form was adopted as the edge and high compliance and low fo are realized on it.
Moreover, bar arm type aluminum die-casting is adopted as a frame, and also in order to reduce air distortion produced on the back side of a damper, a work, such as vacating an air hole, is carried out.

D2501F which is a 2.5cm dome shape tweeter is carried in the high region.
The dome shape diaphragm completed based on the polyester film is adopted as a diaphragm, and relation of sound is made more smooth by using the material of a plastics system homogeneous as a low-pass unit.
Furthermore, the large-sized ferrite magnet with the outer diameter of 70mm, a bore of 36mm, and a thickness of 30mm was adopted as the magnet, and the flux density of 11,000gauss is secured. Moreover, big power handling and capacity have been obtained by adopting a nomex as bobbin material.

The lowpass and high-pass side is designed by -18 dB/oct., and also the network part is designed perform the drive according to the rate of change of each unit in order to make it operate ideally as a filter. Moreover, in order to lessen the interference between units, the corrective network was prepared, and the occurrence of the masking effect near a cross over frequency is prevented.
